We are committed to delivering top-notch products and services to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Forging Production Supervisor at our facility in Vapi. The Forging Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the forging production processes, managing production schedules, and ensuring efficient production planning. The role involves supervising a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production standards, and troubleshooting any production issues. The supervisor will also need to coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a production team Expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning Solid understanding of Production Management principles and practices Excellent Communication skills for coordination and team management Ability to work on-site in Vapi Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the automotive or forging industry is a plus Show more Show less
