Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily site operations at our residential and commercial real estate construction projects in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in civil construction, hands-on supervisory experience, and the ability to manage teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily site operations and ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Ensure proper allocation and use of manpower, tools, and materials.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct daily site inspections and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Maintain daily work logs, reports, and records.
• Ensure that safety procedures and protocols are strictly followed on-site.
• Solve on-site issues and disputes quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper maintenance of construction equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Construction/Building Works (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in real estate/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, construction practices, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction materials and project timelines.
• Must be physically fit and willing to work on-site full-time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
