Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to oversee our construction projects. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy in construction.
• Schedule work activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Manage and maintain equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure work meets standards.
• Resolve any problems that may arise and report progress to project managers.
• Train and mentor construction workers and provide feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in construction management or a related field.
• OSHA certification.
