Forcepoint Proxy & DLP Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Forcepoint Proxy & DLP Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level web security and data loss prevention solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Forcepoint technologies, with a focus on Proxy and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and secure network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Forcepoint Web Proxy and Forcepoint DLP solutions across the organization.
• Design and enforce web filtering, data protection, and user access policies in alignment with security frameworks and business needs.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to DLP incidents, policy violations, and proxy logs to mitigate security risks.
• Integrate Forcepoint solutions with other security platforms, including SIEMs and endpoint security tools.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and policy tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain a secure environment.
• Support security audits and regulatory compliance activities (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Forcepoint Proxy and DLP solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and change records for security systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Forcepoint Proxy and Forcepoint DLP solutions.
• Strong understanding of web proxy technologies, HTTPS inspection, content filtering, and data protection policies.
• Experience with incident handling, policy tuning, and system performance optimization.
• Knowledge of network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS) and authentication mechanisms (AD, LDAP, SAML).
• Familiarity with Forcepoint Security Manager, TRITON Console, and Endpoint DLP Agents.
• Ability to analyze logs and reports for proactive threat detection and mitigation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forcepoint Certified Professional (FCP) or other relevant vendor certifications.
• Experience integrating Forcepoint with SIEM, CASB, or Cloud Security platforms.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience working in regulated industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, or Government.
