Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
domestic sourcing
of all shoe-related raw materials.
Handle
foreign sourcing
of shoe materials, coordinating with international suppliers.
Oversee
DHL Express imports and exports
for R&D, planning, and maintenance requirements.
Track and update status of
local courier shipments
, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
Prepare and issue
Purchase Orders (POs)
for all required materials.
Receive, verify, and maintain records of
supplier bills and invoices
.
Coordinate with customers to receive
leather, lining, and other material swatch cards
.
Ensure proper
showroom material care
, storage, and organization of new materials.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to sourcing, logistics, and procurement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material availability for production and development.
