Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Badminton & Football Coach to train and mentor our students. The coach will be responsible for developing skills, promoting sportsmanship, maintaining discipline, and leading teams to participate in inter-college and university-level tournaments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct regular training sessions for badminton and football.
• Identify and nurture talent among students to build strong college teams.
• Ensure physical fitness, discipline, and safety of students during practice and matches.
• Organize inter-departmental and intra-college sports activities.
• Prepare teams for inter-collegiate, university, and other competitive events.
• Maintain sports equipment and facilities related to badminton and football.
• Motivate students to actively participate in sports as part of their overall personality development.
• Collaborate with college management and physical education department for sports planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or relevant field (preferred).
• Recognized certification or training in badminton and football coaching.
• Prior experience (minimum 2–3 years) in coaching at school/college/university level.
• Strong communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
• Passionate about sports, student development, and teamwork.
