Food/Beverage Server

As a Food and Beverage Server at our establishment in Gurgaon, Haryana, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. Your duties will include taking and relaying food and beverage orders, serving guests in a timely manner, and checking on their satisfaction throughout their meal. In addition, you will be expected to handle any complaints or concerns from customers with professionalism and efficiency. It will be important for you to have a strong knowledge of our food and beverage products so that you can provide recommendations and answer any questions that our guests may have. Using proper serving techniques and practicing responsible alcohol service are essential aspects of this role to ensure the safety and comfort of our patrons. At the end of your shift, you will be responsible for cashing out and reconciling the cash with the total sales for the day. This position is full-time and permanent, with a work schedule that may include day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role and must be fluent in English.
