Food/Beverage Associate (Hotel experience is mandatory)

• Customer Service:
• Greet and seat customers.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Answer customer questions about the menu and specials.
• Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide recommendations and upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
• Order Taking and Execution:
• Communicate orders to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensure food and drinks are delivered correctly.
• Table Management:
• Set tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and linens.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next customers.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
• Financial Transactions:
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Process payments and make change.
• Other Duties:
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Restock supplies as necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Skills:
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
