Interns will contribute to the creation of structured online courses related to food product formulation, global food safety standards, labeling norms, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research food safety regulations (FSSAI, FDA, EU, etc.).
• Study banned substances, ingredient safety, and labeling rules.
• Develop training modules, presentations, infographics, and quizzes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for content accuracy.
• Stay updated on global trends in food science and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for candidates from the following backgrounds:

• B.Sc / M.Sc – Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences
• B.Tech / M.Tech – Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or relevant fields
• Final-year and pre-final-year students are encouraged to apply.
