Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food production processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct sensory, physical, and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Develop and optimize

    formulations, recipes, and process parameters

    for beverages and food items.
  • Ensure compliance with

    FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP

    standards.
  • Maintain and review

    SOPs, specifications, and quality documentation

    .
  • Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production teams to improve product quality and shelf life.
  • Support

    new product development (NPD)

    and product trials.
  • Check labeling, packaging, and batch traceability as per regulatory norms.
  • Conduct audits, hygiene inspections, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
  • Ensure adherence to

    food safety and sanitation practices

    throughout the production process.
