Job Description

Job Title: Service Crew Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas. Assist in food preparation and packaging (if required). Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Follow all health and safety regulations. Requirements: Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
