Location: Corporate Guest House-New Delhi
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports to: Guest house Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food Server with a background in star-rated hotels. The ideal candidate should possess a pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Flexibility in work timings and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards and presentation guidelines
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and workstations
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service
• Comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Provide detailed information about menu items
• Assist with table setup and other service-related duties as required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Food Server in a star-rated hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and decent behaviour
• Ability to handle guests with warmth, patience, and professionalism
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Flexible working hours, including nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
