Position: Food Safety Supervisor / Quality Controller

LOCATION AL-TAZA OUTLETS ACROSS KERALA

1 Supervisor per outlet.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any of the following:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry
• Hotel Management (with Food Safety focus)
• Diploma in Food Safety or Industrial Hygiene
• Any FSSAI-recognized Food Safety Training certification is a plus

Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers can also be considered)Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with daily food safety and hygiene standards in kitchen and service areas.
• Conduct regular internal audits and hygiene inspections as per company SOPs.
• Maintain and update food safety checklists and records.
• Supervise receiving, handling, storage, and processing of raw and cooked food.
• Ensure proper temperature control, labeling, and FIFO practices are followed.
• Identify and report food safety issues or deviations, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Conduct staff training sessions on hygiene practices, personal hygiene, food handling, and cleaning procedures — with special focus on delivering training in Hindi.
• Monitor chemical usage, pest control, sanitation schedules, and waste management practices.
• Work closely with kitchen and outlet teams to ensure smooth implementation of food safety protocols.

Preferred Languages: Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
Must be able to communicate in Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
