1. Conduct food safety audits to AWL Warehouse once a month minimum or whenever required and AWL distributors whenever required. ISO 22000, FSSAI Schedule 4 and other standards.
2. Develop and maintain documentation: such as SOP's. Manuals, policies & procedures relate of food safety
3. Provide training for food safety, AWL depo staff & Sales team
4. Monitor & Verify activities to ensure handling of AWL food products meeting the food safety standards.
5. Responsible & authorized to provide clearance/rejection certificate during selectin of warehouse as per FSSAI Schedule-4
6. Conduct transporter audit as per FSSAI food vehicle selection norm
7.Serve as the lead for product recall communication & regulatory inspections. Assign microbial guidelines & specification for all products.
