As a Quality Control Inspector, your role will involve conducting regular inspections of raw materials, production lines, and finished goods. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control protocols to ensure food-grade standards are met. Your tasks will include performing routine testing and sampling of products for microbial, chemical, and physical parameters. It will be essential to document and analyze quality data, report deviations, and initiate corrective actions. Collaboration with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to train staff on hygiene practices, quality standards, and safety procedures, while staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Food Technology, or related field. - Knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems. - Experience with lab testing, audits, and documentation. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Familiarity with tools like ERP systems, LIMS, or SPC software. Kindly note that the company is looking for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in this role. The salary offered for this position is in the range of 15k-16k, with a shift duration of 12 hours.
