Timely Service – Ensure on-time deliveries while following the assigned route efficiently. Customer Interaction – Communicate politely with customers, confirm order details, and provide excellent service. Payment Handling – Collect cash or verify digital payments as per order requirements and hand over receipts when needed. Order Accuracy – Double-check orders before delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy. Safety & Hygiene – Follow traffic rules, maintain personal hygiene, and handle food carefully to ensure safety standards. Reporting Issues – Inform the supervisor/restaurant immediately in case of delays, wrong orders, or customer complaints. Record Maintenance – Keep track of completed deliveries and update status in the mobile app/system. Vehicle/Equipment Care – Maintain delivery bike/vehicle and ensure safe handling of delivery bags. Team Coordination – Cooperate with restaurant staff, supervisors, and other delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.
