Safety & Hygiene – Follow traffic rules, maintain personal hygiene, and handle food carefully to ensure safety standards. Reporting Issues – Inform the supervisor/restaurant immediately in case of delays, wrong orders, or customer complaints. Record Maintenance – Keep track of completed deliveries and update status in the mobile app/system. Vehicle/Equipment Care – Maintain delivery bike/vehicle and ensure safe handling of delivery bags. Team Coordination – Cooperate with restaurant staff, supervisors, and other delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.
