Role Structure (Equity-Based)

• Equity-only advisory role in the initial phase
• No fixed compensation until funding or strong revenue traction
• Equity engagement process:
• 34 strategic alignment discussions
• NDA + advisory engagement agreement
• Defined advisory scope & milestones
• Equity allocation post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
• 5-year vesting model

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on food business models (D2C, B2B, subscriptions, events)
• Guide menu monetization, pricing, and unit economics
• Support kitchen setup, scale-readiness, and cost controls
• Advise on FSSAI compliance, hygiene, and food safety systems
• Help design scalable SOPs for kitchens and partners
• Review expansion strategies and operational risks
• Provide strategic inputs for partnerships and future products
