Job Description

he Food & Beverage Executive supports the daily operations of all F&B outlets within the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and driving revenue. This role coordinates with various departments, supervises staff when required, and assists management in administrative, operational, and training functions.

Key Responsibilities1. Operational Support

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, room service, cafés, and banqueting.
  • Ensure smooth service flow, proper table set-ups, cleanliness, and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver timely and quality guest service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies, including linens, equipment, beverages, and condiments.

2. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Greet guests, address feedback or complaints professionally, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming, hospitality, and service etiquette among staff.
  • Promote menu items, upsell F&B offerings, and ensure accurate billing.

3. Staff Coordination & Training

  • Support supervision of F&B associates during shifts.
  • Participate in onboarding, coaching, and skills training for service employees.
  • Help create staff schedules and manage attendance when assigned.

4. Administrative Duties

  • Assist with F&B reports: sales summaries, inventory logs, breakage records, waste reports, and payroll data.
  • Ensure proper documentation for HACCP / food safety, hygiene checks, and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Support event setups and banquet coordination, including layouts, equipment requests, and execution.

5. Revenue & Cost Control

  • Assist in monitoring beverage and food costs; report variances to management.
  • Ensure portion control, product consistency, and reduction of wastage.
  • Collaborate in implementing promotional activities, menu changes, and marketing initiatives.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hotel policies, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols for all F&B areas.
  • Conduct and document routine audits of service areas and storage rooms.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in F&B service or hotel operations; luxury hotel experience an advantage.
  • Experience in POS systems, reservations, and basic administrative task

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
