Food & Beverage Associate

As a Food and Beverage Server, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to hotel guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You will ensure that the dining tables, service stations, and food preparation areas are clean and organized according to hotel standards. Additionally, you will assist in setting up and clearing tables, respond to guest inquiries, make menu recommendations, and accommodate special requests. Collaboration with kitchen and bar staff is essential to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders. You will work closely with the team to maintain the smooth operation of the dining areas and back-of-house. Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality at all times is crucial in this role. While previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is preferred, it is not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
