F&B Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training to F&B staff to ensure they meet service standards, operational efficiency, and high levels of guest satisfaction. Key duties include creating training programs and materials, conducting sessions on service techniques and hygiene, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and brand protocols.
An F&B Trainer's responsibilities include delivering training sessions on service techniques, menu knowledge, and customer interaction. They also develop and update training materials such as manuals and presentations. A key part of the role is assessing existing processes and staff performance to identify training needs and areas for improvement. Trainers monitor staff performance post-training and provide feedback. They are also responsible for ensuring that training covers service standards, hygiene, brand guidelines, and compliance with health and safety standards
