Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Team Leader, located in Pune. The Food and Beverage Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Duties include supervising staff, ensuring service standards are met, managing food service operations, and providing excellent customer service. Effective communication and leadership are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Food Service and maintaining Service Standards
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
