Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Present menu, take food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
  • Suggest menu items, upsell food & beverages, and handle guest queries.
  • Follow sequence of service standards and maintain hygiene & safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
  • Handle billing procedures accurately and process payments.
  • Assist in banquet setups, room service, or special events when required.
  • Report guest feedback and complaints to supervisors for immediate resolution.
  • Maintain grooming standards and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant preferred).
  • Knowledge of menu items, service techniques, and customer handling.
  • Good communication skills (English & local language).
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during peak hours.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Hotel Management diploma/certificate preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,361.75 - ₹24,176.41 per month
