Food and Beverage Server

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and in the correct sequence.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next service.
• Handle billing, cash, and credit card transactions as per company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and sideboards.
• Assist with buffet setup, banquet service, and room service as needed.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
• Report guest feedback, complaints, or special requests to the supervisor promptly.
• Support colleagues and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality diploma preferred).
• Previous experience in food & beverage service or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, allergens, and service standards.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems preferred.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
