Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, located in Salem. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel's dining services, including the restaurant, bar, lounge, and rooftop. Responsibilities include managing food service, ensuring high-quality customer service, training staff, and budgeting for food and beverage operations. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to maintain standards of service.

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training staff
• Budgeting skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
