As a Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Inky's Authentic Philadelphia Cheesesteaks and Hoagies, your role will involve preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. You will be located at the on-site establishment in Ahmedabad, collaborating with the kitchen staff to guarantee a seamless delivery of services. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management to support the operational efficiency.
