Key Responsibilities - Food & Beverage Operations
Oversee daily operations of the hotel's F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, etc.)
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in line with the hotel’s standards
Coordinate with teams to curate unique dining experiences
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for F&B supplies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff to deliver personalized and efficient service
Guest Relations
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
Ensure a smooth and personalized guest arrival and departure experience
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests
Build strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests to encourage loyalty
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
