F&B Captain

What You'll Do

Lead your section and ensure smooth, guest-focused service
Guide guests through the menu and offer thoughtful recommendations
Coordinate with the kitchen & bar to maintain seamless operations
Train, motivate, and support junior staff
Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
Oversee opening & closing duties

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience as an
F&B Captain
Strong communication & leadership skills
Ability to stay calm and confident during busy shifts
Guest-centric mindset with a passion for great service
Experience with POS systems is a plus
Must be based in
Pune
or willing to relocate
