Food and Beverage Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in setting up buffets, banquets, and special events as required
• Support colleagues and coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service.
• Process billing and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Uphold the resort’s service culture, grooming standards, and code of conduct.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Prior experience in F&B service preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
