Job Overview

We are seeking a junior level Front Desk Executive for our Ahmedabad office. This full-time position requires an energetic and organized professional who can manage front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aviation, hospitality, or study abroad industry, and will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Background in the aviation or study abroad industry for effective communication with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management procedures to facilitate smooth daily operations.
  • Ability to handle appointment scheduling with precision and organization to maintain efficient flow.

  • Must have basic computer skills to manage databases and handle communication tools effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office while ensuring a friendly and accommodating atmosphere.
