Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a FMO (MBBS & AFIH) located in Pune. The FMO (Factory Medical Officer) will be responsible for conducting health assessments, managing occupational health services, providing medical care to employees, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Daily tasks include diagnosing and treating illnesses, giving medical consultations, and maintaining medical records. The FMO will also engage in health education and promotion activities within the organization.

Qualifications

• MBBS degree and AFIH certification
• Experience in conducting health assessments and medical consultations
• Strong knowledge of occupational health services
• Ability to manage and maintain medical records
• Excellent diagnostic and treatment skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in health education and promotion activities
• Knowledge of health regulations and compliance standards
• Capacity to work efficiently in an on-site setting
