Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales/Marketing Professional in the FMCG industry, your primary responsibility will be maintaining relationships with existing customers while also seeking out and engaging with new customers. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, promoting new products, and providing excellent customer service by advising on delivery schedules and after-sales services. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate confidently, and demonstrate persistence in sales will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Keep in contact with existing customers through in-person visits and phone calls. - Make appointments with and meet new customers to expand the customer base. - Achieve sales targets set by the company. - Promote details of new products to generate interest and sales. - Advise customers on delivery schedules and provide after-sales service support. - Record orders accurately and submit details to the Marketing Office for processing. - Provide feedback on sales trends to contribute to strategic decision-making. - Demonstrate excellent sales, communication, confidence, and negotiation skills. - Develop in-depth knowledge about the products and markets to better serve customers. - Review sales performances, negotiate contracts, and packages to drive business growth. - Demonstrate products and services as needed by clients and management. - Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary to maximize sales opportunities. - Answer queries from clients/customers promptly and effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum graduate with specialization in Marketing preferred. - Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Scooty as first priority, Motor Cycle as an added advantage). - 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. Note: Salary for this position ranges from Rs.14,000/- to Rs.18,000/- per month with additional benefits.
