Flutter Developer

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer (2-4 years) to join our team. In this role, youll build high-performance healthcare applications using Flutter, BLoC state management, and clean architecture principles. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust mobile applications with Flutter.Implement BLoC state management within a clean architecture framework.Apply design patterns to write scalable, testable, and maintainable code.Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.Integrate with native libraries using FFI for advanced functionalities.Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to deliver integrated healthcare solutions.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.Qualifications2-4 years of professional experience in Flutter development.At least one published Flutter app on Play Store or App Store.Strong knowledge of clean architecture and design patterns.Hands-on experience with unit, widget, and integration testing.Proficiency with FFI for native code integration.Solid understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA, Scrum/Kanban).Nice to HaveExperience with analytics tools like Amplitude or PostHog.Exposure to WebRTC and real-time communication (WebSockets).Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or developer communities.
