Job Title: Flutter Developer (2–3 Years Experience) – Immediate Joiner Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–3 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing mobile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced mobile applications using Flutter. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver features efficiently. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and usability. Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards. Stay up to date with the latest Flutter/Dart trends, techniques, and technologies. Required Skills: 2–3 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart. Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries and APIs. Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices. Experience with Android/iOS native development is a plus. Familiarity with push notifications, location services, and other native mobile features. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store. Understanding of performance tuning and memory optimization.
