Our mission is to provide high-quality plants and flowers, coupled with expert design and customer care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Florist Manager in Kakori. The Florist Manager will oversee the daily operations of the floral department, including designing floral arrangements, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating flower procurement, and driving sales and promotions. Qualifications Proficiency in Floral Design and Flower Arrangements Experience in Inventory Control Strong Customer Service and Sales skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage and motivate a team Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Floral Design, or related field preferred Show more Show less
