Florist Manager

You will be joining Floranza International Nursery, a leading company based in Doha, Qatar, situated on Al Rehab Street in the Al Maamoura Area. Specializing in a wide range of floral and nursery services, our priority is to offer top-notch plants and flowers, along with expert design and dedicated customer support. As a Florist Manager in Kakori, you will be responsible for the overall management of the floral department on a full-time basis. Your duties will include crafting floral arrangements, overseeing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Alongside these tasks, you will supervise the team, manage flower procurement, and drive sales and promotional activities. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Floral Design and Flower Arrangements, along with prior experience in Inventory Control. Strong Customer Service and Sales skills are crucial, as well as exceptional organizational and leadership abilities. Being able to effectively manage and inspire a team is essential, while previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Floral Design, or a related field is preferred for this role.,
