Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and event installations for a variety of occasions such as weddings, festivals, and corporate events. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand design briefs, ensuring the freshness and quality of flowers and foliage, staying updated with floral trends, and managing inventory of floral supplies. Additionally, you will assist in visual merchandising, ensure timely delivery and setup of floral dcor, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the design workspace. Your qualifications should include proven experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role, a strong sense of color, composition, and aesthetics, knowledge of flower care and handling techniques, and the ability to work creatively under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak festive seasons. A diploma or certification in Floral Design, Fine Arts, or a related field would be a plus.
