Description

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Fitter specializing in Quartz Vinyl to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing high-quality flooring solutions, ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas.
Install Quartz Vinyl flooring according to industry standards and project specifications.
Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed.
Ensure proper alignment and secure fitting of flooring materials.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in flooring installation, specifically with Quartz Vinyl.
Strong understanding of flooring materials and installation techniques.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to flooring work.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
