FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Production Staff:

- Oversee daily operations of the production floor

- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity

- Monitor and address any production issues or delays

2. Quality Control:

- Ensure high-quality products meet company standards

- Conduct regular quality checks

- Identify and address any quality issues

3. Team Management:

- Train and develop production staff

- Provide guidance and support to team members

- Foster a positive and productive work environment

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure a safe working environment

- Enforce company safety policies and procedures

- Comply with regulatory requirements

5. Communication:

- Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other departments

- Provide updates on production status, issues, and concerns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
