FLOOR SUPERVISOR

The Service Supervisor oversees workshop operations, customer service quality, technician performance, and timely vehicle delivery. The role requires strong hands-on experience in the automobile sector preferably two-wheelers and the ability to manage workshop operations efficiently.

• Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload.
• Ensure timely service, repair, and delivery of all two-wheelers.
• Monitor quality of work done and conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tool availability, and safety standards.
• Mandatory: 2–4 years of experience in the automobile industry (preferably two-wheeler service).
• Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler engines, diagnostics, and service procedures.
• Excellent communication, customer-handling, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to supervise technicians and manage workshop operations effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
