Floor Supervisor

This Position is URGENT for and only MALE candidate around Thane/Bhiwandi/Kalyan are preferred. People with at least 3-4 years Experience in warehouse and preferably from 3 PL or consumer durable company. Given below will his roles and resonsibiity.

Profile: Floor Supervisor – Warehouse Operations

• Results-driven professional with experience in warehouse floor supervision, dispatch management, and team coordination.
• Skilled in inbound & outbound operations, stock accuracy, and staging optimization.
• Adept at MIS reporting, documentation control, and physical stock verification with focus on accuracy and compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conducted daily toolkit meetings and allocated team workload for picking & staging.
• Led and coordinated picking and dispatch teams to meet OBD timelines.
• Managed OBD dispatches (before/after cutoff) and reverified picked material against tally.
• Scheduled and executed appointment-based OBDs, ensuring smooth staging & dispatch flow.
• Optimized warehouse space and prevented BND stock accumulation.
• Managed carton stock, block stock, and stock movements.
• Conducted cycle counts and tracked PSV variances.
• Reported vehicle unloading before cutoff and ensured inward documentation accuracy.
• Verified PGR for non-ZG1 materials and performed QR code scanning during inward.
• Reported and blocked damaged stock, escalated discrepancies via mail, and ensured corrections.
• Managed SRN-based stock movements and monitored SIT > 15 days for reconciliation.
• Generated and circulated GRN MIS reports for tracking inbound materials.
• Participated in Physical Stock Verification (PSV) and ensured stock accuracy.
• Maintained area ownership discipline and operational compliance.
