Role Summary: Join our dynamic showroom team as a Floor Sales Associate, where you will assist customers in exploring modular furniture solutions, deliver expert product guidance, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience. This role is essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving sales growth Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Welcome and assist customers in the showroom. Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Deliver engaging consultations to guide informed decision-making Product Expertise Maintain strong knowledge of modular furniture features, benefits, and customization options. Stay updated on new launches, trends, and technical specifications. Provide clear, confident demonstrations and explanations. Sales & Service Support customers throughout the purchase process. Resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Offer price quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery logistics. Upsell/cross-sell relevant products and accessories. Showroom Excellence Ensure displays are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Manage product presentation and promotional materials. Report any maintenance or operational issues promptly. Performance & Reporting Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Share insights and customer feedback with the sales team. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
