Floor Manager - Jewellery

The Floor Manager position at our leading Jewellery Store in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on a leadership role. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 Retail Sales Officers and 3 to 4 Team Leaders. Your primary focus will be on guiding and supporting team members to achieve their sales targets and key performance metrics. As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in coaching the Retail Sales Officers to enhance their performance and skills. You will conduct role plays and provide constructive feedback to help team members improve their sales techniques and customer interactions. Additionally, you will be actively involved in conducting daily feedback calls to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly. Monitoring and following up on non-conversions within the assigned teams will also be a key part of your responsibilities. By analyzing the reasons for non-conversions and working closely with the team to implement solutions, you will contribute to improving overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
