Floor Manager / Hostess

As a potential candidate, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsibility for Retailer & Customer Satisfaction Index. - Implementing processes for complaint handling and reducing the complaint downtime. - Coordinating with various departments of Management to ensure smooth operations. - Compiling and submitting daily reports for Mall, Cruise, Parking, Help Desk & Smile Centre. - Providing quality services for day-to-day operations with the assistance of Soft Services, ERT, Security & engineering team. - Offering technical inputs to the projects team from an operational perspective to enhance mall feasibility. - Supporting tenants during their fit-out period, ensuring receipt of all deposits before operational commencement, and confirming adherence to the fit-out manual. - Ensuring efficient handling of customer grievances, accidents, and service recovery by other department managers, and intervening when necessary. - Monitoring monthly safety drills and evacuation drills organized within the mall. - Supervising and controlling the activities of team members during the shift.
