Floor Incharge

The Floor In-charge is responsible for supervising the entire workshop floor operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery, managing technicians, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating between service advisors, technicians, and spare parts departments to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day service operations on the workshop floor.
• Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
• Monitor the progress of repair and maintenance jobs to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure quality checks are performed before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the workshop floor.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors for job card details, work estimates, and approvals.
• Verify the availability of required spare parts before starting jobs.
• Support in achieving workshop productivity and efficiency targets.
• Handle technical issues and provide on-the-spot guidance to technicians.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company SOPs.
• Report daily workshop performance and job status to the Service Manager.
• Train and motivate the service team for improved performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler service and repair.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of service process flow and job card management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in two-wheeler service operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
