Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day delivery operations of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely pick up and delivery by delivery associates - Ensuring process compliance with regards to handling, storage, and dispatch of shipments - Coordinating with CRM and sales team to address customer grievances and queries - Training and coaching delivery associates - Coordinating with fleet and security teams for vehicle dispatch for deliveries - Ensuring compliance to branch operations processes, reports, and MIS - Leading the team to achieve desired efficiency levels in pick up and deliveries - Keeping damage and shrinkage under control - Motivating and coaching teams to deliver on the expected parameters Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in logistics - Work location: In person Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
