Floor In-charge

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilities & Issue Resolution:

• Address general and facilities-related issues on the allotted floors; coordinate with the VNC operator for ground-level issue resolution.

2. Classroom Discipline:

• Ensure discipline and orderly conduct in classrooms on the assigned floor.

3. Communication & Coordination:

• Be available over call for coordination with the VNC operator for urgent matters.
• Convey daily admin and management communications/circulars to faculty and students.
• Relay faculty and student concerns, requests, and feedback to the management at the end of the class.

4. Material & Logistics Management:

• Ensure timely distribution of study materials (DPPs, modules, etc.) as per the day plan, including follow-up for absentees.
• Communicate any class timing changes, room changes, faculty unavailability, or test schedule updates.

5. Test & Examination Support:

• Assist in test conduction, seating arrangements, and invigilation management for both online and offline modes.
• Support the admin team in smooth execution of assessments.

6. Facility Maintenance Assistance:

• Provide support to the Facility Manager (FM) in maintaining and upkeeping the facility.

• Flexibility to handle operational challenges during working hours

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Prior experience in operations, admin, or facility management roles is an advantage
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, etc.)
