Job Description

The role of a Floor Executive-TWL&Loft at JLL involves serving on the front lines of customer service. You will be responsible for managing the help desk, welcoming visitors, and assisting them with their queries to ensure a positive first impression of the company. Handling incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring a well-organized front desk are crucial aspects of this role. In addition to customer service duties, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating records, including complaint registers, call tracking, and client contacts. General administrative tasks and help desk responsibilities will also form a significant part of your daily routine. Compliance with company regulations, contributing to monthly management reports, and participating in emergency evacuation procedures are part of your responsibilities. As a Floor Executive, you will oversee and manage building upkeep services, conduct staff training, develop work plans, and ensure employee relations issues and statutory compliances are addressed. You will be expected to manage staff performance, develop policies and SOPs, review programs for effectiveness, and ensure discipline and proper conduct among the team. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate with two to five years of experience in help desk management or reception. Proficiency in continuous improvement initiatives, client reporting, occupational safety requirements, and strong computer literacy are essential. A strong focus on customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask will make you a suitable candidate for this position.
