FLO Electrical Specialist

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at Grasilene Division, your primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and sustain the Electrical Maintenance Functions of the Ancillary section. Your role is crucial in ensuring Optimum Production and delivery within the target Cost and Quality with available resources. You will be tasked with ensuring continuous availability of equipment in your shift through continuous monitoring, coordination, and control according to the guidelines provided. - Positioning of control room near to a corrosive area - Dealing with delays in OEM service support due to remoteness - Upgrading old installations to meet electrical standards and statutory stipulations - Maintaining continuous operations with a large number of interlocks and instrumentations - Troubleshooting Program Logic Controllers due to integrated process signals - Motivating and coaching team members on high technological developments - Arranging continuous Power supply for manufacturing process from different substations during shift duty hours - Providing emergency power to pulp division during TG failure - Arranging load shedding in fibre plant during TG / Boilers problems - Imparting on-job training to young & newly recruited workforce - Maintaining healthiness of EMS prone to failures due to corrosion - Overtime control of shift workmen - Timely renewal of licenses related to Electrical Inspectorate - Maintaining healthiness of CC TV & PA system prone to failures due to corrosive atmosphere - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance in an industrial setting - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and power distribution - Experience in implementing safety initiatives and compliance with electrical safety standards - Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure - Good communication and leadership skills to motivate and coach team members,
