You are a customer-centric and cordial E-Commerce Business Associate responsible for streamlining all e-commerce activities. Your role involves forecasting sales, resolving conflicts, and enhancing business growth through positive customer experiences. Your primary objectives include retaining long-term consumer relationships and coordinating with the E-Commerce Manager to plan promotional offers and product discounts. Your responsibilities include managing online portals and e-commerce accounts of clients, responding to customer inquiries, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring prompt resolution of client queries. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and relevant software, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with other departments while handling multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a graduate or post-graduate degree (BE/BBA/MBA) and will be based full-time at our head office in Indore.,
